Are you and your spouse separating and want to work out an agreement? Or already have an understanding?
We offer mediation services to those individuals who have elected to mediate or resolve their disputes with or without the use of individual legal representation.
Our Attorneys will assist you and your separating partner with each phase of the dissolution process and work with both of you towards presenting your finalized agreement in court. Mediation allows the parties to communicate easily in a safe and impartial environment. Our Attorneys will explain your rights and obligations to each other and how the courts may view the facts and issues related to your particular case.
Mediation is a conflict-resolving process that works to bring you to both to an amicable resolution. Attorney Stamper will act as an impartial mediator who will work with both parties to make specific recommendations based on your particular situation and help you come up with a compromise on disputed issues.
Our office will make sure that all of the required documents are filed with the court and will assist you with the exchange of financial information to help each of you make an informed decision. Once you have reached an agreement, Attorney Stamper will assist in preparing your dissolution agreement and help you present it to court for entry as your final judgment.
Mediation is a voluntary agreement to work together. All appointments require the presence of both parties.
